The Employee Giving Campaign is a testament to the generosity and commitment of the Barton family. Each November, faculty and staff across all Barton campuses come together with a shared purpose: to invest in the people and programs that make Barton special. One of the most meaningful aspects of the campaign is choice. Employees can direct their gifts to the areas they care about most, whether that is scholarships, academic programs, student support services, or campus initiatives. Through convenient payroll deduction, these gifts provide steady, year-round support that makes a lasting impact. This collective generosity strengthens Barton’s mission and reflects a culture where employees not only serve students, but actively invest in their success.

Through the "Give a Little, Change a Lot" Employee Giving Campaign, employees can make smaller contributions throughout the year, supporting the programs and causes they care about most.

Barton Employees Show Incredible Generosity!
Every November, the Barton Family comes together to make a difference, and this year was no exception. During the annual Employee Giving Campaign, faculty and staff from all Barton campuses demonstrated their generosity in extraordinary ways.
